Hey guys,

I'm new to all this and I don't even know if this is the right place to be asking this so bare with me.
I just built my first rig and I have a EVGA GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 running Bios version 86.2.39.40.92 and I can't seem to get the performance out of it that I'm seeing some people getting when overclocking it. My temps are good but if I push the GPU clock over +60 it gets unstable.

Super Position Score: 9574 on 4K Optimized.
FPS: Min 56.95, Avg 71.61, Max 91.17.
GPU temp Min 33.0 Max 66.0 (C)
GPU Utilization: Max 99%

Precision X Settings:
Power Target at max 117 (Priority)
Temp Target at max 90 (C)
GPU clock offset +60
MEM clock offset +30

That puts me at GPU clock 1569MHZ and Memory clock 5535MHZ.

Any thoughts?

My thoughts are your card is already overclocked from the factory. What we need to know is what clocks you are reaching, not the offset.  Another thing, you do not adjust the clocks in 1mhz steps.
The first offset, is +13, the next is +25 then +37 and so on.  If you are stable at 2000mhz or above you are doing good.
If you are only boosting to 1569mhz, that's an issue and means your GPU is not operating correctly. Your memory clocks look normal.
