yeah i had to buy another instead of waiting on them. my second block was better than 1st because i can actualy use my pc without it over heating. 2nd allows slight oc at 78c max, added another 240 rad and it stays at 70c. really dont know what the issue is. as cpu is ice cold. my set up goes pump 240 rad, gpu, 240 rad, cpu, back to pump.

 sounds like the gap between GPU die & water block is too big / not making proper contact

im not derailing just saying idk what the issue is with these blocks. they dont work right under load.

Apparently it was supposed to ship out Tuesday but didn't for whatever reason 
 
Their customer service said they would ping their warehouse asap to ship out my replacement and also upgraded it to two-day shipping.

Update y'all. Card came on Tuesday. No leaks. Been playing games at night and haven't had any issues. Knock on wood!!
