Replacement arrived yesterday.
 
It's leaking. Not my fittings either. Leaking from somewhere there shouldn't even be water. Going to call them tomorrow. This is getting ridiculous. 

That's a bummer.  I'm sure they'll take care of you with an RMA.

New RMA approved. They will pay for shipping this time as well. Just need to wait for the shipping label to be emailed to me.

Curios to know if u got a good one. Evga hasnt responded to my rma request so i went and ordered another in the mean time it should be here today. Did your 3rd block work? I hope my 2nd one works if not both go back and im going with ek which would be a bummer because ive stayed evga for 10 years now and ive never bought anything else because theyve done well by me.

Ill surely update tonight if a new block fixes my issue its insane to think qa let a block go that clearly has a gap you can stick a quarter through.

Yeah, I'd be pretty upset at this situation. I've never received a bad RMA product. They usually work like new, as they are supposed to. I have seen a couple of these threads pop up here lately though... Kind of makes me wonder...

Thanks for sharing Fish. I am thinking about jumping into building my first liquid cooling loop as well. 

Haven't received the replacement yet; still waiting. It was supposed to ship today per talking with them yesterday, but after talking with them today was told that "water-cooled can take a few extra days to process, should ship on Thursday." Which means another weekend gone.
