I recently purchased a EVGA 500 BR, 80+ Bronze 500W and when I started it up for the first time it began making a clicking noise. To me it sounds like the fan is hitting a cable but I can't see anything to support that theory. I've uploaded a video so you can hear the sound. It would be great to know if there's something I can do to fix it or if it's faulty and I need to return it.
