It seems to be pretty low on the list of what's already out ?..,.. so I am assuming it is for the super-budget builder ?  ...And if that's the case , why put RTX features on it when there is barely a chance ray-tracing would be runnable at any decent frames.?

It's literally just a straight RTX 2060.  Same memory, cores, clocks.

Seems like a video card to compete with AMDs recent video card launch.

Yeah it's kinda between the RTX 2060 and RTX 2060 super as far as the specs.

gotta use up those chips, and close any possible competition.

Metal does conduct heat pretty well better then plastic so it would probably run cooler.
