Hey, this problem really give me a headache. My Pc use to reboot when i was playing, i checked the temps and nothing, so i switched eco mode off and 0 reboots yet, anyway im going to upgrade my cpu (Bottleneck) but im worried that the problem come back again, so idk if change my psu or buy the cpu hoping that nothing will happen.
Also idk if i can do rma since im from latam (Chile), so the shipping may cost more than a new psu.

PSU issues are never fun, sorry your having some stability issues
 
How old is the PSU ?
 
yes, shipping costs are something to consider, as EVGA requires the Customer to return the item for RMA
 
A PSU that reboots the PC while under heavy loads can indicate a PSU issue
 
Is your PC overclocked ?
 
PC specs - what parts are you using ?  MB, CPU, GPU, cooling, other parts & OS

  and i am using win10. My pc is not overclocked and reboots in heave loads only in eco mode, in normal mode nothing happens (yet). The psu is 2 years old

"Eco Mode switch" should only control the fan inside the PSU ...
 
When Eco is On, the fan would not spin until the PSU gets warm at 40% loads and up
 
Might be that the PSU is tripping a overheat sensor ?
 
If it work fine with Eco Off ... I'd just run it that way.  I always want my PSU fans running heat is the enemy of all electronics
