Cougar Vortex fans are pretty nice to be honest. I have some Noctua Redux NF-P12's and they are decent, but once they ramp up to the full 1700RPM's they get loud and do not really push a whole lot of air compared to the Cougar Vortex fans I had in the past.

Noctua A12's and Industrials are great for pressure applications.

You could also consider a G12 kit that would allow you to mount your x62 to your GPU.

+1 and if its a single fan up top, grab a 120mm AIO for your CPU.  Throwing A12s all around could improve temps.

Btw, what case is this and do you have a image you can share with us of your case and internals?  Have you done cable management?

When I get home ill see if i can post a pic but my cable management isn't too bad and my case is h700i. I just need some fans that'll push more air through the case and take it out just as good.

ya i think im going to have to turn some of my settings down if i want the frames I have in mind. Silly me to think i can run everything on max with ray tracing and get 144fps on 2k with this card. I almost broke my pc updating the bios earlier but i fixed it. Now im on the latest bios, turned off some of the settings in control panel, and fine tuned my gpu and i got an improvement on 3dmark from before

I am having the same issue. I just bought my 2080S ftw3 a few months ago, and barely getting into Warzone. I don't know why I am getting about 60-70 fps on medium settings. I just updated my bios, changed my native resolution to 1080p, and turned XMP on. May i ask, what did you change in your control panel?

Not to speak for them, but it looks like there was a problem with his motherboard BIOS settings (BIOS update?) - the new CPU score compared to the new old is around 40% faster - a HUGE difference. Just saw you edited to say you are at 1080P - that resolution is likely bottlenecked by the CPU, even a very fast/overclocked one. Try increasing anti-aliasing to move the bottleneck over a little more to the GPU.
