question my cpu is overclock to 4.70ghz in a game it drop to 4.60ghz for a sec and go back to 4.70 temp our in 50 ish rangs

See if setting the avx offset to 0 fixes the issue.

i did that on both of them avx 2 and avx 3 seem to work is thar any order setting i need to chage

If changing the avx offset helped resoslve the issue then no you don't need to change anything else.
