You can bump associate code threads and in this case it was done while on topic which even if it wasn't an associate code thread would still be ok.

X299 is still a great way to go if you need more than 16 PCIe lanes ... but those CPU with 44 lanes are pricey

That is what I thought as well until my Thread was turned into a Battle Zone and the enemy was the EVGA Associate Program.
Just what I noticed ever since the X299 went on sale and is still on sale.
To note my Thread was about the Sale and not the EVGA Associate Program.

But remember if you ARE an assiociate with a code you can NOT use somebody else's code for your self, so no discount for you...
I mean I am member of both and don't really mind losing out too much as on occasion somebody does use my codes but I did want to point that out...
