Ive been researching
Sterling Cooling System design -
Currently my favorite approach from an efficiency standpoint.
Downhole - Wireline electronics - cooling
and also Miniaturized cascade.

I do have
Stirling cryocooler that goes down to -196°C
, but it's useless for direct die CPU cooling. :)
