Upgrading the GPU:
OLD: EVGA GeForce GTX-980Ti SC (06G-P4-4992-KR - with the blower cooler) 1190MHz clock.
NEW: EVGA GeForce RTX-2070 SUPER Gaming (08G-P4-3070-RX - with the blower cooler) 1770MHz clock.
About 50% GPU performance upgrade. The 2070 Super was discounted down to $399 so I went for it. I was going to rebuild her entire rig, but the i7-7700k in there is still a pretty solid CPU, not that much of a gain going to an i7-10700k other than more cores, but it isn't really needed.. plus the 10700 runs significantly hotter - 91W vs 125W, and more heat is definitely not welcome in a mini-ITX build. Might be a small hit on the GPU performance with the 7700 vs 10700 CPU, but certainly nowhere near enough to offset the gain moving from 980Ti to 2070 Super. I'll do a benchmark and update ModsRigs once the GPU is installed.
I'll take a look at the Zen 3 Ryzen 4000 chips when they come out in October and maybe consider a full rebuild then, assuming there's a compatible mini-ITX motherboard.
