$250 evga bucks is a big incentive for people to write bias reviews. 
 
I'm still shocked that evga linked to that garbage youtube review on it's website. The audio noise from the onboard audio was from user error. A simple clean install of the audio driver or rerouting front panel HD audio cable would fixed that issue. The reviewer went on saying  "Playstation can't support 80 Ohm headphones, NU Audio can support above 250 Ohm headphones like my blah blah headphones". That's why i call that review pure garbage.

Ya audio is super subjective, and extremely difficult to be consistent in testing with due to physical differences, headphones, computer difference etc. I also don't have the tools *yet* to do a audio analysis. I did my best being honest and descriptive on the subjective difference of upgrading. One thing for sure, i'm happy I don't have a usb dac anymore, but it takes up a PCI-E slot and lanes soooo for some builds that won't work.  Perhaps a USB one is in the works for those people who prefer that.
