EVGA Flow Control Device Not Found

Just installed this and I got the above message using a CLC 280. Everything is up to date. I have an Asus Strix-E Z390 MOBO, and the pump is connected to the AIO header. The usb is connected to the usb header on the mobo.

Unplug the UBS Cable count to 5 and plug it back in.
When you remove the Cable do you hear any Window Sounds?
Like when you plug in a USB Device like a Mouse or KB.

Are there any LED's On?
Are there any Yellow ! in your Device Manager?

No yellow in the device manager and the LED is on for the pump.

Re-check the connector on the MB that you have it set Pin 1 to Pin 1 and not backwards.
In the Bios do you have the AIO Header set to 100%?
"EVGA Flow Control Device Not Found" if your Motherboard cannot see it then the Software cannot see it.

im haing the same issue. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. There was a sound. What should I try?
