I bought the RTX 2080 ti yesterday when the FTW3 went back in stock. Is it possible to redeem this game?

I'm in the same boat as trunks, picked up a 2080 ti ftw3 plus a waterblock. Dont even receive the items for another week. I know the promo says on or after 11/20, but I mean damn. I just dropped $1700+ in your store

Ouch, bought my 2080ti last week as well.  Not sure if its worth it though since its artifacting like a beast.  

Darn bought mine on Friday when the FTW3 was in stock. I’ll be registering it today does that count? 😁

Yeah, it's tough with something like this that has such limited availability.  If you really want one then you literally can't wait, have to buy as soon as they pop up.  It also means you can't return the recently purchased card and purchase another one to qualify for the promo because there's no stock.
 
The last time this kind of thing happened to me was with Newegg and a Samsung SSD.  They put up a free Far Cry 5 promo, like, literally the day I received the SSD.  Newegg customer support couldn't help, so I literally just ordered a second of the exact same SSD to get the free Far Cry 5 and when it came in I returned it like it was the first one I originally purchased.  Seemed stupid to me, but it was my only option.

I bought my card last Thursday, now I need return and buy again :)
