A Promotion is to drive sales of something that is not selling. No reason to put a promotion on something that can't be kept in stock without any extras.

“Your” meaning nvidia’s campaign, not EVGA’s.

EVGA is just doing what NVidia tells them they are authorized to do.

Why is that? BStock are used products, usually the cards people use for step ups and such.

Because I'm about to buy a card and the game would be nice to have also. That's all. I'm sure, as a Canadian, I'll be hit with all sorts of extra fees, the game would make me feel better.
