I did have to leave the Steam EVGA Gaming Group Exit and then re-join to get the Check Mark.
You also need to Turn on Accept All 3rd Party Cookies. Remember to turn this back off after you have signed up.

strange. It should just see that you are a member and give you the check mark automatically.   TY for the feedback Ill look into that.
