Are you having a problem? If no, then you don't need to update your vbios.

Just updated the Xc gaming bios to the Ftw3 bios on a RTX2080super XC.  The card had issues with the stock bios, dropped settings and needed a restart everytime it happened, it was like it was running with a broken bios.  Flashing the card with the correct Ftw3 vbios fixed the card completely.

I also have the EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER XC ULTRA, OVERCLOCKED, 2.75 Slot Extreme Cool Dual, 70C Gaming, P/N: 08G-P4-3183-BR.  I'm looking for the right VBIOS update so that I can get my LED's working on my video card.  I've seen on older forum's this issue was resolved with some kind of flash update to the video card, but it was 2018.  The LEDs have never worked since originally installed in 2020.  My current Video card BIOS version is 90.04.7A.00.C8, BIOS build date is 2019-07-01.  So I didn't want to risk running a flash update that was older than 2019.  Any help locating the correct flash update would be greatly appreciated.

It simply increases the maximum power target which increases overclocking headroom for extra performance. If your card is working fine out of the box, there's no reason to flash this BIOS unless you're thinking of trying to obtain even more performance from pushing the clocks even further.
 
Also note, I believe later builds of this card shipped with the BIOS already installed. You can check that with EVGA Precision.
