Increasing the wattage without voltage is fine imo.

It's safe to use, but remember running extra voltage reduces gpu lifespan faster than stock voltages.

Is there a Bios that don't up the voltage but up more the wattage more than 400w.. looking close to 600w the 380w bios don't up the core on my card but the 580w does compare to oem Bios.

The oc vbios on the 2080 ti kingpin allows up to 520w without changing the voltage... https://xdevs.com/doc/_PC...E200/bios/2589K390.rom

I tried that 520w bios, it didn't work my core was locked to 300mhz
flashed back to the 380w bios no issue and working again.

Here are three that allow up to 450w...

Note: Each one has a different build date, so if one doesn't work you'll need to try the other.

I tried this still the 380w one is better those other the watts are not as high even tho they say 450w.
wanted to ask is there a way to reduce the power on card if i would run the xoc modded kingpin bios XOC unofficial BIOS, Version 90.02.17.40.88. There are 2 380w bios, the one you sent and the other that's a bit newer with a lower clock speed
RTX 2080 Ti BIOS:
TechPowerup KFA2 Gaming OC (380 watts)
Leaked BIOS Galax / KFA2 Gaming OC (380 watts) here is the link for the 380w bios

No there isn't a way to mod the voltage and power on the xoc vbios.

So i could not use a program to lower the voltage or regulate it to stay 1.050 or so
