Welcome to the forums. If you received it before May 25th we can assist with a Standard RMA without an invoice. Please have the card registered and your address information up to date on your account then submit a ticket for the card at Service->Support Tickets saying what the issue is and what testing you have done and we can assist you from there. I apologize for any inconvenience.

The warranty terms changed on May 25th 2018 requiring an invoice from the purhcase. As your card is earlier that that it does not need an invoice for a Standard RMA. The replamcent will be under the original card's warranty and warranty terms so it would not need an invoice. You can see the the full warranty terms your card falls under here.

I received a psu as a gift. I don't have the receipt nor does the gifter, so would I be able to claim with warranty?
