The card is good overall with Factory Settings. But, when I crank up the voltage to 1093, it's dropping power draw thus fps drop. 
Restarting the machine will reset this power throttle.
 
Do you have any suggestion for stress tool? I'm using Superposition 8k optimal.

That's odd. Sounds like your card may have a problem. Running the 8k optimized preset in superposition is recommended.

Now, I'm beginning to think that this card is faulty. I tested another card from a different manufacturer and I don't encounter this power consumption drop.

Im having the issue that im not getting the white vertical line. The skin is the same. Afterburner 4.6.0 Beta 9 with the 416.16 driver at the EVGA 1080 TI FTW 3. Also it's not showing the voltage

I tested the newest version. The white line is more faint now, but it is still there.

To make the voltage show simply go into settings and checkmark unlock voltage monitoring.
