No concern here everything runs okay but yes the above happen to me as well and noticed while Windows Update was running the first attempt to install Cumulative Update KB4457128 simply appeared to fail than reattempted successfully 🤔 and after the restart to finalize install I see no duplicate only a (2) at the end in Update History.

Yesterday's move to Windows 10 October 2018 Update 1809 is done and haven't found anything major that's gone awry but some normal quirky things after a feature update that I'm sure will get ironed out over the course of a few days as the computer cycles on and off.

It is said the Task Manager's CPU usage is messed up and the fix is expected next Tuesday?

I appreciate the dark theme for File Explorer but IDK about the rest of stuff.

Before you try to run 3DMark, reinstall.  Many have found issues with the older version of the systeminfo part of the app...not finding hardware or just locking up on search.  After a reinstall...it puts in the latest version of systeminfo and the app runs again...

Found an issue on my MSI PE70 Laptop.  Seems that build 1809 doesn't let me set brightness of my screen when on battery or power anymore.  I used to keep the laptop at 50% brightness on battery and 100% plugged in.  Option is missing in Power configuration in Control panel.  Have read more complaints about this one from others as well.
