bigmykeI found the ISSUE. I flashed to the latest bios. bios at defaults. Same keyboard issues. I booted into safe mode. No issues. I randomly thought I should kill the evga precision x software and it fixed my issue. The new bios and evga precision x is having conflicting issues.

bigmykeSli'd evga 1080tiIf i totally remove precision x software. Problem goes away. If i simply end the processes in the task manager. Problem goes away. It has something to do with EVGA precision X. I have the latest version.

I wasn't getting these symptoms with the earlier bios. What made you think of this? EDIT: I take that back, the issue came back.
