Wow!! great work, very nice build you got there.  The bends on the tubing are also very nice and the way you set up the EVO block with the Angled fittings is great.

Very nice build. is that hard tubing or plastic?

Thanks, it is hard tubing, PETG.

Big learning experience, I try...

Updated with more info/some photos after what I'm guessing is the final mod, albeit, a serious one for me.

In your first post you mentioned more photos with a video. Do you have the video link?

Not yet, I have a friend that has a better camera over my phone camera shots, I've just been delaying it until I made my decision to mod or not, whilst running through a bunch of other tests that I've been documenting in the graphics card section/EK 1080ti waterblock thread.

I'm trying to think if there's anything else I can do with this build, but I think I'm done with it, or until EK releases their LED for the GPU logo. That said, once my friend gets back from Korea, I'll get some better shots done/video work of it in action.

Added the newest photos I had to replace the old with the more complete mod.
I went back in and milled out more of the top part aluminum as previously I ran out of time and had to wrap it up.
This time I went all the way and cleaned up most of the opening/colored the aluminum cut part to match the black better, even though it's kind of hidden under that grill on the top.

note to anyone if you don't know: PETG tubing scratches very easily, any amount of work or moving things around or undoing fittings etc, those tubes scratch way too easily. Short of just re-doing new bends, I used a car headlight solution called PlastX by Meguiars, without sanding, it cleared up most of the scratches, works great on light scratches without having to sand it.

Hello I have same case and plan to cut the case fans on top. Can I ask how you cut it? We're you able to take the top of the case off?

For all the mods I did, I used a Dremel.
The appropriate discs for cutting metal/aluminum, as well as a drill head for the Dremel for the holes I made. Sanding, and I used a metal color pen to color the aluminum cut parts black to make it less noticeable even though the grill covers most of it. I can only recommend you take your time with it, measure it properly. I just cutout circles as big as the 120MM fans. (I measured from the outside to make it aesthetically pleasing, but it will be misaligned on the inside. That said, depending on what you're trying to do exactly on the inside, I would make sure nothing interferes on the inside from the height of anything mounted or the motherboard itself. In my case, I had to cut off the latches on the CPU PCIE cable as it would be too tight of a fit for it to lock into the motherboard. I would also protect any part of the case near where you are cutting by taping it all up with something thick if you're not familiar with cutting, and you might accidentally drag the dremel which may slide and damage a part you're not wanting to cut. very risky for such an expensive case.)

I forgot about this thread and never got a chance to update it with a video...well, I ordered some of PrimoChill's new VUE liquid, I'm gonna update my rig with that liquid sometime soon and provide new pictures and try to get some video this time.
