Go by the Color Code or turn the MB 180 degrees facing away from you if you are color blind.

This Motherboard is a MLB. There are no wires that I know of inside of it. You cannot use the connector if it's turned because of the way the connections are produced on a production line. If the connector is turned and you try to use it, then you stand a very good chance of introducing grounds or shorts. These will cause strange problems.

https://www.hamrick.com/upg.html . You can resize photo's and crop out parts. Forget using paint. I've used this program since the early 90's.
