Yes, you can. As long as you don't damage the card in the process your warranty will stay valid.

Not 100% on the size. I would recommend you call evga tech support to get the proper info. You should be able to buy pads at newegg.com

Using 1080ti ftw3 on stock settings. Fan curves are set to aggressive. On 1440p im having 70-75c temps after about 30mins playing modern warfare. Are these temps high or normal? Changed thermal paste 1 month ago. Tried with open case but results are nearly same i think airflow is fine.
