Just got the 1080 TI sc2 HC.  30 mins ago. LOL  I will be installing it this weekend along with some new reservoirs, new tubes and resoder and position the leds throughout the case. The 980 TI HC was a camp and will be going in my other rig for some dual vr fun at home.
 

Don't you mean the 1080 HC? I can't see any reference to a 1080 Ti HC.

Only a few more hours to go, the nails are long gone, as are the fingers. I am now gnawing on my elbows

I just played Fallout 4 for about 15 minutes at 4K with everything set to ultra and the little lights on the top of the GPU were still blue and the frame rate was a rock steady 60FPS (Fallout 4 is frame limited to 60).
 
I'm a bit confused that when I see the gameplay of others on YouTube with Fallout 4 their temps are a lot higher and the fps is somewhat lower at that resolution and ultra settings.
 
 

It's the TI HC. It's on top of the card not the side but that got my attention when I opened it.

This was pre-test build (ie putting the system together to see if it works before chucking it in the case).

You and I have the same case and very similar build. Real quick, is your radiator intaking or exhausting? And how are your temps?

Nice. That's the same color theme I have in mind for my next build. I even got the Logitech Mass Effect Andromeda gear to go along with it.
