How do I install the dual bios?

And what is the driver number?

if you want to update both bios, you'll need to be on each bios to update.
so to update bios 1, switch on master, update, shut down, then switch to slave, turn on, update bios 2, reboot.

Sorry, I just dont understand :/

Someone can explain me the process for request an RMA? I have a link "submit a new RMA" but clicking it I return to page product. Thanks

In order to start an RMA it is required you enter a ticket number given from tech support AFTER troubleshooting. Please contact tech support if you have not done so: 888-881-EVGA (3842) or via email

Not correct in this case. You dont need to go through Tech support at all.

Open a ticket using RMA.
This situation is special, if you make an RMA asking for replacement or help they get back to you fast. I made a Advance RMA and got the ticket approved a few hours later, pretty impressive how fast they handled it.

How can I do an Advance RMA? thanks

My link didnt show i previous post, here it is:

ok, thanks, I choose advanced RMA, but I could not finalize it becouse the "Support Ticket Number"  is mandatory and ask me it. How do you finalize the form without it?

Got the one for 6181 and flashed successfully...took all of maybe 20 seconds...rebooted all good.  Played a bit with the card in 3DMark.  Mind you I use an aggressive fan curve of 50C>60% fan; 60C?70%; 70C>80% and so on.  Disabled my fan control of Afterburner and monitored fan speeds as best I could.  Under 50C fans were at 0%, as it rose to 55C I saw around 30% fan speed; 60C got to 40%; 65C showed around 50% and increased from there.  Definitely a change from original fan curve.  Temps here in the Dallas area are much cooler this week.  We are finally under 80 degrees...so overall performance of temps are now really much lower.  Looks good!
