How are you guys keeping track of your orders ?
I requested the pads and received an email, stating that my request has been recorded, but that's as far as it goes ?

I'm not sure that the pads have started shipping yet. They did at one point say it would be "sometime" this week.
Mine (like I expect most peoples) are still sitting at "Awaiting Shipment".
I got the same initial Email as you, I suspect you will receive another when they actually get shipped.
Just a matter of sitting tight and waiting I suppose.

Evga has started shipping the pads out as they arrive to their distribution center. They dont work during the weekends, so Monday through Friday are the ship dates, and then they jave to wait for the pads to be delivered to their office before they can send them to the user.

Sorry GFAFS, but when it comes to statistics you are wrong.  The FIT number should be built from the MTBF data, and the MTBF data does not match the FIT data.  The only conclusion I can draw from your data is that it is invalid and should be ignored.  I'm not trying to start an argument, but I really don't like it when people put what they represent as facts on the internet to support their own biased opinion.  Your data is suspect at best, and just flat wrong at worst.  I see no reason to engage with you further on this matter.

Now, of course you have to understand what FIT/MTBF/MTTF really mean and what the formula stand for, but for that quick easy search will probably clarify your doubts.

The pads started shipping last week. Mine were shipped on 10/31. They are going regular postal mail. They are shipping from California. Mine arrived here in Phoenix last Friday 11/4. You may want to look at the USPS site for estimated delivery times to your area. Since my pad package was shipped before the announcement of VRAM pads, I have put in an followup request for those pads.  Depending on stock, etc. that may take another 1 to 2 weeks to ship.

I never had any problems with my 1080 FTW but i updated bios anyway. My temperature is <60C while playing Far Cry Primal, before it was ~65C. Sweet :)

How do I install the dual bios?
 
And what is the driver number?

if you want to update both bios, you'll need to be on each bios to update.
so to update bios 1, switch on master, update, shut down, then switch to slave, turn on, update bios 2, reboot.
