How is it misleading? If nvidia is only optimizing for sli then that clearly means 3-way & 4-way aren't getting optimizations.

Then fix the thread title. Its misleading because it sounds like Nvidia is only supporting SLI with the newer cards 
 
Also SLI in 2,3 or 4 way is still considered SLI so not sure what you are saying.

Maybe it'd read better if it was 2 way SLI instead of just SLI, it also says "newer" implying that there's an "old" 10 series card.
