I think not, that's probably Seasonic XP2 Platinum inside.
But maybe EVGA launch new cable set for them or leave exclusive for 1000 G2/P2/T2.
 

 
 
 
 

Is there ever any chance EVGA would sell a PSU with the braided cables instead of the standard cables that come with the PSU? I would expect it to still cost more than the PSU with the stock cables, but obviously less than the PSU with stock cables + buying the braided cables alone. Would certainly be very interested in this becoming an option. If not I guess buying them separate is ok too.

PSU price would be much bigger than and more than competition and some people don't like that.
It would be bad to someone choose other model only because cables, and what color to choose in every package.
How many PSU with red, how many black, how many blue, maybe most of people choose black, what than to do with PSU + blue cables... 
It's to complicate. Nice when PSU arrive you choose cables in color you want and that's it.

Yes 1600 T2 is now on list of supported models for Sleeved PSU Cable Set. 
And 1600 G2/P2 Additional PSU Set is compatible with T2 if someone use 3-4 graphics.

I saw that right after posting this. Already ordered them and the additional ones. Should go nicely with my rig. The only issue on the original cable is that there are not enough four-pin or MOLEX cables, but understand the movement to the SATA type connectors. Having an additional one with the expanded package is nice, as there is some power loss when you need to split those that much to get everything powered.

These cables are fantastic. They have really cleaned up the look of my rig. Good job, EVGA, good job!
