I didn't get Splinter Cell because i bought it on a different internet shop. And now i don't get the code for this game :-(

cant wait for this game if any good as the last two I will enjoy it even if I have to buy it.

Is it possible to resell the card and get the code?

I registered the car 3 days ago, and bought the 5 years Warranty.

From the terms and condition on Nvidia's promotion page the code is only from authorized ETAIL and Retail partners so you could get the code before you sell the card if you qualify for it but the person you sell to would not get one.
 
The Extended Warranty is not refundable.
 
You could purchase another card that qualifies for the code from the authorized store and get a code.

Do we know if this code qualifies for the pre-order bonus of being able to play as Deathstroke like Steam has listed?

Just making sure your following the steps, did you go to invidia first with your code to get their code to use on steam?
