Thanks for the help Wolf but I think I have not made my self clear.

When starting Folding, Windows8 have 2 icons in the Metro UI and on the left is Web-control and on the right is Advanced.

When I click on the one on the right and want to starft folding in Advanced-mode it open FAH Client but nothing happens and it just stays like this forever.

So basicly I have only one option and that is to start folding in Web-control (icon on left), and that is what I don't want. And therefore is there no way to start this client in Advanced mode? Hope I have made my self clear, sorry but English is not my native language.

In the older version 7.2.9 it had a auto start option under preference.
I'll look around I think there is a command flag that can be added that
will do the same thing as placing a check in the old version did.
Edit: lol those post were not there when I started my post, sorry for giving the same info twice.
Can't locate my additional flag page for extra command to add to FAH at the moment.

Like you me too!
Actually I still prefer V6 over V7.
They were suppose to simplify V7 to be more user friendly, but make it more complex than V6 ever was.
And the more they get into this newer V7 its even worse that the older v7, the Web control is crap to start with. lol

I read some are having problems going back to 7.2.9 from 7.3.x.  Should I be able to uninstall and find somewhere 7.2.9 and then instal that one?

that's what I did. I keep 7.2.9 on my local hive so if I need it I can pull it to any computer.
