Just download and install it.

I run the file as an administrator, can suffice?

is a driver or firmwire? I have to reinstall it after you format your pc?

So you you would need to re-run for the driver if you do a new install. Maybe a driver only package or it sees the firmware is current and skips that step.
 

Not sure why they wouldn't include the VIA VL810 firmware in this update, might as well do all of it, right? Anyway, if you guys want that firmware it can be found at the link below.

Cause it's not needed. Most of them updated just the firmware and driver, after 3 to 4 days with no further issues.
