It's for the #categories you have an MM in.

#5 - Bronze
#10 - Silver
#15 - Gold
#20 - Emerald
#25 - Ruby
#30 - Sapphire

Can't reach Sapphire as there are only 28 individual categories yet...

I didn't know about the mega milestones badges!  I've got one but it doesn't show up in my sig.  I recently passed 10 million crunching points!

Realized this one just today from yesterday's herd of MCM beta WUs.

Sure takes a long time to move much in the Beta ranks.
 

Got the ruby for MCM  
Congrats on the beta, tex - I missed out because I switched back to folding when they pulled MCM.

Congrats on Ruby for MCM Punchy!    By my calculations, the MCM project produces one of the lower points per WU of all the projects that I've worked.  So, moving up the badge ranks (quickly) in this Project does take some patience and effort IMO.  I just moved into this level three days ago and have been moving like a snail toward Ruby.  
 
Good work and I'm glad to see that first Ruby level for MCM posted!!

I am not sure when I got mine, but here it is =] I am only at 71 days as of this morning...
 

Picked up my second ruby (Clean Energy Project) during the recent challenge and kept MCM going a little longer for a bronze!

 
EDIT:  Just passed 5million in GPUGrid!

Well, I am happy to say that I joined WCG and am crunching on my two Android cells and have just obtained my Silver badge in under a fortnight
 
While it isn't much compared to the real crunching machines, am happy to be a single pixel at the edge of the big picture
