I have found out that it is from the Alliance Fancophone site, but I cannot find out how to get my sig panel.

Here´s the link to the one I´m using. It´s the same as everybody elses.I´ve just adjusted the colors and fonts, so that only the badeges seem to appear

Start here:  http://signature.statseb.fr/index.py
You'll need to Register, so click that link, then input your Boinc name , password,  and Cross-Project Id.  You can find that on your WCG "My Profile" page.  From there, you can customize as you see fit.
 
It's so easy, even I was able to do it just now.
