5 racks of baby back ribs. Cut them all in half and brining in pots in fridge with some herbs and very light seasoning. Tmrw I wil pat them with dry rub, wrap in foil and back into the fridge for about 18 hours.

I got carried away and got 6 different sauces, goin to have a tasting to find the best one to compliment my rub.

 
^^ this is what I'm talking about. Pix please. I'm an experimental rib chef, too. Good luck! I do them in the oven, on the grill, in the smoker, in the crock pot.........and I'm open to any other methods! always trying to find a new way.
