This is partially truth. The power efficiency is output_power/input_power, but the output power is actually 750W DC, so when the power efficiency is lets say 80% on a PSU that means the output power is 750 W DC and the input power is 937,5 W AC




Thanks - looks like I misunderstood how PSUs are rated, so efficiency affects wall draw and PSUs can always output what they're rated for.
