@Sajin will the powerlink 42u or whatever it's called hep with OC stability on the FTW3 Ultra 3090 Ti? My OC seems pretty stable but certain games are acting weird with intermittent freezes etc. so I'm wondering if that's because I have only 2x 8-pin connectors plugged in to the card since I'm using the 'old' 12-pin EVGA cable.
 
On that note, does EVGA now have a dedicated 16-pin cable similar to their 12-pin variant?

The 42u didn’t help me get a higher oc, so no. No dedicated 16-pin yet.

Thing about the KPE 3090ti is you know it was a limited run. You never know if EVGA has 2 or 20 left to move before it goes bye bye.
 
If they wanted them to move faster, they need to drop the PSU and drop the price to $1699.99. The whole bundle thing really turns some buyers off. I needed a PSU, so it was basically a, "cool...ok" for me. Or they have just a few left and will stick with the bundle format till they're gone.
 
Potential buyers who really want a KPE 3090ti are left in that headspace of potentially being left holding the bag when they go out of stock for the last time....or this is me reliving the nightmare of waiting on the KPE 1080ti for a price drop and it suddenly disappearing to never re-appear again.
 
 

saw the restock as well.  its really a shame there is no block.  tempting but no block, no play.  The 1600w PSU bundled with it was on sale for $199 too which I bought separately.  the bundle pricing makes no sense.

Yea I'm not sure if buying a PSU right now makes sense either. Very likely new models will be rolling out with 40 series. But then again, if an 8pin adapter will work, might be a chance to get a good one for cheap, just with a bit more cable clutter to deal with.
