Idk if they actually produced the full 500 units. But they likely did. All I know was that months ago, I was told by someone in the know it was to be a 500 unit run. With the way the 3090 Ti launch has gone, and the market has cratered I think that was a good decision by EVGA. Too many more and I'm not sure they would have sold out. Took a few days as is.

Also the bins on all these cards seem pretty good. I haven't seen a single person not be able to maintain about 2160 MHz or more on Port Royal. Outside of the cherry picked launch chips for AIBs by Nvidia the rest of the 3090 Ti silicon (like the other GA102 cards) is really really weak. Seen cards that won't even sustain 2130 MHz. So anyone who got a 3090 Ti KP has a comparatively strong piece of silicon.

That was very evident in Jaystwocents and Gamers Nexus 3090Ti review, those cards were Fire , Not for nothing.. the KPE self reported Enewt Q watch was actually pretty accurate for following and predicting the notifies , I can see more people not on the Forums getting in, but not a huge of a number ,
Be proud you have a super RARE card that performs well, It looks evident the this should be the end of the line for the hybrid because its pushing the limit of a 360 . I hope EVGA feels the same so the future cards come with a Block option at least . greater than 4 slot coolers can not be a solution

if there won't be another for sale why the card is still on the evga site?

500 I think is s stretch, I would be surprised if it was over 50, and on EBAY?!, that would be nuts, you can't give away a Kingpin right now, 1275 for the hybrid and 1450 for the HC is all they are fetching

500 is the right number is about the MOQ for an EMS/CM to dedicate a full assembly line with full production test. They probably manufactured 1000 enough to cover warranty and maybe that EV1 build. I work with a lot of EMS in Asia like Jabil, Foxconn, Flextronics, etc. It's not cheap to run a line and doesn't make any sense run one below MOQ or at least break even point. Hell, EVGA may have even lost money in the KPE. Aside from the AIO, housings, connectors, the PCBA design is unique and doesn't share any designs in the 30 series class. Compared to their other products that share PCB design and mechanical like the 70/80/80ti/90 FTW3 lines, these module are most likely in the 10ku monthly run rate.

I'm thinkin 1K-2k limited production run for warranty and then dedicated parts for rework/repair/ parts swap.

For anyone interested on the 90ti KPE fans, I ran a TS stress test to get a baseline on the cooling capability with the stock EVGA fans. Avg temp was 52C. Removed the EVGA fans and installed Noctua NF-A12X25 PWM Chromax fans. These were connected to the mobo and ran at full speed 100% of the time. Ran TS Stress test and avg temp was 50C. Then, for the hell of it because I do like the new RGB look of the EVGA fans, I installed both in a push-pull configuration with EVGA pushing in front and not so flashy Notcua in the back. Testing for both was an avg of 49C.

So, is it worth -3C for ~$100 of fans? Not really, but dropping $2600 on a 3090ti really doesn't make much sense either. :-)

Nice! I have 3 NF-F12s lying around that I was considering mounting on the back so now I’ll definitely give that a shot.

Sounds about right. TS Stress = ~51.5. I have buckets of AC P12 PWM fans sitting around (Older models) so slapped on 6 of them and it dropped to ~47.5 and they're quieter to boot.

That's a good idea to get the bling and benefits from 6 fans with 3x EVGA down, 3x fans du jour up top.

Did some more benching: 15,778 in PR https://www.3dmark.com/pr/1661002

Given my GPU clock is so great I'm either being held back by OS issues, CPU config, or maybe my VRAM.

My core is solid but my VRAM can only do about 1400 mhz (+700). This run was actually +650 which obviously isn't great. With classified tool I can get up to +800-850 with 1.4v.

Also getting a weird bug where I get a hard shut down when sometimes pulling up 3dmark and it's analyzing the system config. Once it's running I can bench for hours.

Once my new nvme drive gets here in a few days I'm going to dual boot Windows 10 for benching (I need 11 for HDR gaming) and see how a fresh install goes. Hopefully I'll see a huge improvement like our boy Zippy, did.

Finally got XOC bios and classified tool. Still getting her dialed in but my clocks are there. Efficiency seems low so thats what I need to investigate at this point! But pretty soon its gonna be time to go Sub Zero.
