I want a binned Ti KP chip that will perform well above average. That's providing it's not over $2299. And at that price, it's still 50/50. If they make it $2099, I will likely bite since 4090 will be in high demand. If/when AMD releases something very competitive early, or reputable leaks, than all bets are off. I think nVidia's timetable will be pushed up with a Ti or Titan card. Then, hold off on the plain jane 4090.
I was surprised the 3090KP was released so early. They needed to start binning chips early and tier the bins appropriately for black, gaming, ultra, ftw, ftw ulta, and now ti/ti kp. I assume that's the reason why some models are scarce since they can get more money steering the chip to the higher tier product. Sadly, everything is a money grab for share holder profit. We're just pawns for our addiction.
