HOW TO: Removing 4GB Memory Limit on 32 bit Windows

I've searched it all over the places in program files, in system32, there's no such thing like makecert.exe
please help me..
I'm stuck here.
anyone can help me ?

makecert.exe comes with both Visual Studio and the Windows SDK, just download and install.

I don't see why not but it is far easier just to migrate to Windows XP Pro 64 bit

i know, but winxp pro x86 is the only install disk i have with valid serial number.

This guide was not explicitly wrote for Windows XP in mind. However, it's possible that it will indeed work. Your hex strings will be different - the ones provided are for Vista/7.

Update your installation completely (SP3) and try again.

I have SP3 and those hex values are not there, I was wondering that maybe I should use SP1 instead :)

but if the values are different and they are nowhere to be found, what should I do ?
