OBTW:
The 4090 is going in the Wife's that has a 3090 TI with an EK V2 block on it, It's like new because she doesn't play much and I can put the EVGA air cooler right back on it.  I never ran it with the air cooler but it's the only EVGA card I still own that is under warrantee.

Wouldn't it be nice if they put a couple of compression fittings where the AiO radiator connects to the card so people could use it on a custom loop if they wanted. Sigh.

I thought about cutting into it an using barb fittings , but the pump could be a problem along with the use of mixed metals , Maybe just tapping into my distro plate res to supply the cards pump and supply it from there ? I wonder if they are going to ask 3 k + for it?
I might do a TUF and wait on a heatkiller block if the MSI is out of stock .
My blocked 4090 doesn't often cross the threshold temp needed for PTM TIM 
 At Least you won't have to worry about repasting those Astral cards

Yep. I'll most likely end up with the air cooled version.
