Fans fell off unit is only 2 years old herd a weird nose coming from my case took my cover off one fan was just laying in the case middle fan is fine 3rd fan is about to fall off

EVGA was handing out fans. I think they are aware of a failure-rate problem.
Contact EVGA and see if they are still shipping out free (?) fans.

I can confirm that sometimes if the fan bearing has a failure, then overtime this can mean that the fan may overheat.  The fan is regularly cooling the card and other factors like dust build up can help to cause this type of failure to occur as well.
 
Since you are located in the US or Canada, please email our support team at Support@EVGA.com with the registered serial number for your card so that they can work with you to help with either a warranty repair/replacement or with a fan to support you.
