I flashed and went for 117xx to 116xx on Superposition  (did it on primary)

So I flashed back to .80...

Tried again and went from 117xx to 121xx so will see how it holds up

Hello.

I would like to apply this update, as I clearly am eligible for it having an older stock FTW2 card with 320GB/s memory, but it seems I have a bios revision that is incompatible with the supplied files.  If I apply either the "original" or "11Ghz" files, memory type in GPU-Z goes to "Unknown" and I can't clock memory above 405Mhz.

Luckily, I kept a backup of the primary bios on the cards dual bios function, which saved me from being basically ruined in gaming, but you probably want to fix this.

GPU-Z of my card and bios revision (this is the primary bios that came with the card):

After you flashed did you uninstall your drivers reboot then reinstall newest ones also does not hurt to run ddu after you uninstall the drivers.

I do that as a matter of course.

The issue appears to be that my bios revision is newer than the ones hosted here. I will try contacting support.

I got the same issue as you. Exactly the same. And i don't have the backup. At first i flashed to the "original" bios posted here, since it was not working directly to the new one. So my card was not clocking more than 405mhz for the memory. After all the customer support offered me to RMA the card, and i cant wait that. i am returning the card to Amazon since i received it last week. it was supposed to be "brand new and updated".

Really disappointed.

Yeah, I too was offered an RMA but can't be bothered so I just switched to the second bios and am using that.  It does have a lower power limit but I'm not a big OC'er so I don't care.

If you happen to have your second bios and it's the one with the higher power limit, I'd actually be willing to pay to get my hands on it just to improve the cards resale, if nothing else.  I know, it's pathetic it's come to this, but thus is our situation.

I got my card from newegg.

Got my replacement from Amazon today. Its working well but again with the old mem clocks. BIOS 86.04.60.00.80.

This time i am not even trying to update. Kinda surprised with the old cards in stock they have.

Could you perhaps submit the secondary bios (by flipping the switch) to techpowerup.com's database by simply running GPU-Z and using it's bios submit function?  I'm missing that bios and would be very much in your debt.  I've already uploaded the one on the primary switch (the one that it ships switched to stock).
