No as all that stuff has been taken care of long time ago at the factory level, IF it was required.

Its worse that that. Today out of desperation for better gaming performance than my 1080 I almost bought a b-stock GTX 1080 for $400. My only saving grace was that SLI is dead and Ive got just enough for a 3080.

Keep an eye on EVGA B-Stock, there may be some discords with alerts when it updates. I forget what the price was last time they dropped but it was a lot less than $800.
