Aqua Computer CPU blocks and Heatkiller give the impression of highest quality blocks.
Only it's matter of personal taste where I choose Heatkiller IV PRO because design. 
But can't say really who is better of them.
Cuplex Kryos Vision have metal G 1/4 ports as well. That's good.
