I have to chime in that all big fish start small.  Certainly my contribution has grown over the years.  A few years back and I was just a small fish.  I only recently entered in the big fish territory.  Some of the higher ranked folders are in a league of their own though.  Huge props to those guys with 10+ million ppd.  Maybe I'll get a little closer when the next series of cards come out.
