Also I was about to make it 1 million / month, but I was away from home so couldnt let the GPU running, and I had a few crashes on FAH Tracker.

DING......1,000,000

Well I'm stoked to have met my personal goal of 1 million in my first month (first wu turn in was 4/2/11). In that time I've swapped out motherboard (P67 exchange) and even got a new processor (i5 to i7), so it's been a crazy couple weeks. Sadly I also have to report that my milestone came at the cost of my beloved GTX 570 SC

When I woke up this morning after I found that after about 6 hours of folding it had given the windows driver failure error and stopped the wu right in it's tracks. I didn't really have time to investigate before I had to head out to work, but when I came home I found the extent of the problem. I tried changing the driver, reseating the card, pulling the power plug, reseting the BIOS...nothing seemed to clear it up.  I called and spoke with Chris at EVGA and after doing some testing and swapping the card into my girlfriends box it was determined that the card had given out. The only way I could get it stable was to underclock it to stock settings or pump the volts up higher than I am comfortable running 24/7. So back in the box she goes and a replacement will be sorted out tomorrow or Friday.

Just so fellow folders know, I didn't run the overclock in my sig 24/7 while folding. That was for gaming and benching. For folding I gave it a modest bump to the shader clock and voltage and temps never went about 65C.  I did attempt a few different OC's when folding, but nothing crazy as I wanted to ensure stability and not put unneeded stress on the card.

Anyway...I guess I get a small break before the CC. Just as well I suppose. Better now than on May 6th
