Welcome to all, whether new or older to folding. We are glad you joined Team EVGA.

Really like what the EVGA community does to get people into folding for fun and community service. It was always fun giving spare cycles for BOINC, but I never could get more that CPU working before for some reason. So seeing all the old graphics cards flexing their muscles for FAH is pretty gratifying

And the holiday contest has been a fun bonus surprise!

The matrix for the folding client? I have multiple clients running. It is syncing with the statistics website. I could try rebooting booth clients in the morning.

Hi all - another new folder for EVGA team!
One of two cards is a 1050ti (no 6pin) at 100% power limit with +100 core clock (doesn't seem to change much) - ppd of 230K (yes have passkey) - any suggestions to improve that? (e.g. voltages? memory speed?)

Hey Zarg,

Unfortunately that's pretty much in-line with what a 1050Ti is rated to pull in PPD.

Oh darn. It is a pity as that card runs very cool (38C) while folding. Well thanks for the info! Hopefully will be able to order a new card soon (eyeing 3080 but budget says 3060ti...)

edit: after a couple of weeks, it averages a bit higher than 300K (currently 340K), but sometimes get a very slow work unit. As the card is power limited (especially as there is no power plug on the card), so far I didn't find an overclock setting that made much of a difference.

Just learned about  Can't wait to help out! How do we link our  work to EVGA or is it done automatically when we join the team?

Thanks!

Go to the top of the page and click member, then my profile from the menu, on that page there is a place to enter your folding name.

You can then check how much you have folded for EVGA here: https://www.evga.com/folding/MyFolding.asp

Do note that updates for that can sometimes be slow/inaccurate, though the tend to fix themselves after awhile.
