Just started about a week ago, trying to see how well I can fold while I'm waiting on my GPU RMA. Got about 250k in a week, not too bad.

Hi Gammatnt and MattyMatMat, Good work! Together we are racking some serious folding numbers. I'm glad that I joined this folding team. I feel like I am a part of something bigger than ourselves individually. I have been folding now since May and so far have added over 7,500,000 folding points to the kitty. That was done on an older LGA 1156 socket i7quad core OC'ed to 3.06ghz with a newer EVGA Gforce GTX 770 Classified video card.

i'm new to the team. recently got a 750 ti to upgrade my dell and once i learned about the evga promo, i figured the least i could do is put this new gpu to work. did a little bit before the card came just to see how much better it was (old card = oem gtx 745 4g). blows it away for sure, but some guys here can get the total amount of points i have to date in a good 20 minutes. don't know if i'm helping to cure anything, but at a minimum i'm helping some student write up their thesis. not a huge gamer, so w/o the folding, my gpu would be idle a good portion of the day. getting a little worried reading about folks noticing a spike in their power bills. we'll see if i'm folding next month.

upgraded from a pair of 6870s and giving this a try to help makeup for doubling up on the 970s down the road since got 1 just recently. Guess will see how much of a diff my elec bill becomes for how long do it.
